With so many great Contests and Competitions now running on #Steemit I wanted to once again give a Massive Shout-out to all those that are organising and running these Contests and Competitions.

Hola amigo me gustaría mucho un concurso, donde las personas demuestren lo que hacen por mantenerse activos y sanos física y mentalmente. Como me gusta hacer ejercicios, cardio y otros sería genial compartir lo que hacemos por nuestra salud.
