Rightful Ownership

So that there is no further misunderstanding

For the past few months, I have repeatedly shared the following comment...

Until someone can come up with a Contractual Agreement that would stand scrutiny in a Court

... and I just wanted to clear something up and clarify something so that there is no further misunderstanding.

This is what I have just shared in response to a recent comment on an earlier Blog.

The comment reads...

{start}

Until someone can come up with a Contractual Agreement that would stand scrutiny in a Court

I am talking about the Ownership of the "Ninja Mined" #Steem Stake that was acquired by Justin at the time of the Acquisition.

As far as I am concerned this #Steem was 100% Ned's to do with whatever he chose to do and he chose to sell it to Justin.

Whoever thought that it was a good thing to freeze this #Steem and in effectively take it off Justin without any cast iron proof that Justin had no Rightful Ownership to the #Steem made a big mistake.

This should never have been done and despite raising my concerns repeatedly that this should be reversed and an apology made to both Justin and Ned, I was told to **** off and stay out of it.

As I have repeatedly said in the past, I will stand by with what I have said from day one.

Until someone can come up with a Contractual Agreement that would stand scrutiny in a Court that the "Ninja Mined" #Steem Stake was not Ned's to sell, then I go back to the time of the initial Soft Fork and say everything that has been created from that point in time and the Rightful Ownership of all Assets owned is in question.

This is all I have to say on this matter and I wish everyone involved in those Projects that have decided to take a different path all the success.

Hopefully this will finally put to bed this issue

Hopefully this will finally put to bed this issue and we can all move on.

Thanks again for reading.

Honestly speaking, I think there is no need to clarify your stance. The people who believe in you will understand it without your clarification and the haters who don't want to understand will never get satisfy from your statement. Anyway I have a suggestion for you. Pardon me if you don't like my suggestion. I would like you to make an initiative by delegating your HP (which you have) to some of its new project. It may be helpful to bring two beautiful platform close together. Gitplait is one of the platform where you can delegate. It's just a suggestion and I hope steps like this will be helpful to spread happiness around those who wish to see that both platform grows by leaps and bounds.

Thanks and thanks for your support.

I just wanted to draw a line in the sand once and for all so that everything was black and white and that there was no confusion.

Currently, I am building up a portfolio of Projects on #Steem that I am supporting and promoting both here and on twitter and are doing everything manually.

For me, curation has to be done manually until such time as the Platform is established.

I have manually curated for the last +3 years without any bots and will carry on doing so for another 2 years.

I will make a decision in 2023 whether curation can then be passed on by delegation.

In the meantime, I am looking forward to seeing more Projects and Community come to the Platform, as well as picking new Projects to support and promote.

Please check out my new fan project (3D Art) the Church of Steem :-). Steem is now the only Crypto with own church. My virtual place is the a place to find peace for a minute.

Have a nice day @stephenkendal

Wish you all the best for future projects. you are true asset and promoter of Blockchain.

I agree with you on that. Those with the highest stake never want to believe nor trust justinsun since they really don't know what he I capable of doing with his fund. I'm sure removing the stake he bought from Ned would mean that steem would die, maybe I was mistaken.

It never really made sense why it was decided to freeze Justin's Investment in the first place, though I have had a gut feeling of the intention all along.

I am simply fed up with all this fighting and arguing now and I want to move on.

These last few months have been somewhat tiring and hopefully this Blog will be the last time I am asked what I have been talking about these last few months.

I am simply fed up with all this fighting and arguing now and I want to move on.

This is the best policy which should be adopted. Even your silence will be helpful in this regard. Anyway this is my point view. Thanks @stephenkendal for your all efforts for the promotion of blockchain platform.

An apology should be made by Justin for coercing exchanges and using CCP level censorship he has effectively killed this blockchain, I think you should full disclose your vested interests and explain why you are defending a liar and a theif!

I think @stephenkendal's point is that those events occurred in response to the initial attack of freezing Steemit's legitimate stake.

Still apologizing for theft? I thought as a self-styled business man you'd be more aware of the sunk-cost fallacy.
