Focusing on locking-in value in the #Steem #Blockchain
As the #Steem #Blockchain continues to develop and grow, is now the time to start focusing on locking-in value in the #Steem Community?
For a while now, I have been very concerned that there is still not enough emphasis in the #Steem Community for the important of locking-in value in the #Steem #Blockchain.
The #Steem #Blockchain needs to achieve a sustainable growth
For those that may not understand what I mean, the #Steem Community needs to work together to lock-in value in the #Steem #Blockchain in order to achieve a sustainable growth.
Before anyone decides to jump down my throat and rip my head off saying that this is already in place, I sadly have to disagree.
In order to achieve a sustainable growth, the #Steem #Blockchain must attract those applications that "lock-in" value on the #Blockchain.
Without this, I sadly fear that the #Blockchain will not achieve those dizzy heights of valuation that we are all hoping to witness and be a part of.
Bringing applications to the #Steem Community that will achieve a locked-in value
Over the next few months, I am looking forward to sharing with you some of those real-life applications that will achieve this much needed locked-in value scenario and hopefully as these are shared with the #Steem Community, more will understand the importance of having these in place in order to achieve a sustainable growth.
Thanks again for reading.

Frankly, I dont get from scratch what these apps look like
There are endless real-life applications for the #Steem #Blockchain that will lock-in value, but sadly it would mean a total cultural change in the #Steem Community.
I have been trying to educate the Community over the last +2 years but sadly I feel I am simply banging my head against a brick-wall.

That's phylosophical.
I'm in crypto for more than 6 years now. And I believe crypto sphere will always consist of those people who try to abuse any system for the sake of their own profits and not limiting themselves by morality and (not all of them but many) by law.
The key is to build a system when the harder they try to game it, the further it develops.
That's well said, sir.
If the community could eliminate navel gazing scoring brownie points on good content & focus on building up fellow Steemians, all that cutting-edge, shiny tech will count for nothing.
Is this a motto for Steemians to live by?
