@stephenkendal still your projection of the Steem reaching $3.5 is not a hard line to reach. Of course in the last two weeks it has been very variant where the high point was $1.33 and the low point is around $0.90.
This also has to do with the decline of the Bitcoin which was close to $65,000 at its high point and almost $54,000 at its low point. This also has a lot to do with the downward trends of various cryptocurrencies.
