Yes, two new units are leaked.

The major drugwars community strives for new fight units, some special ones. It seems that this wish becomes reality in the next update.

"Hobo" and "Spy" units

will be integrated, apparently.

This information has been leaked by drugwars itself.

After I was starting another DW fight, i recognized the new fight simulator at the bottom of the "Battles"-page, called: "Access to the Fight simulator". Behind this button, nothing special appeared: Just a basic text-based simulator as announced today, but with another link "Try the next version of the simulator" Behold, two new units appear in this simulator unit-list: Spies and Hobos

My theory on their use-cases...

• Spy: A spy may have a fast travel time and comes back with detailed information about the enemy or stays there for a limited time, during which it provides precious information about the enemies resources and troops.
• Hobo: A hobo might only need alcohol to be recruited. After a fight he may comeback with a bonus of resources. That would make fights more valuable. Thus we will be rewarded for a won fight against an enemy with just safe resources.


I would really like to see such new troops! After this leak, it seems to be just a matter of time till we see spies and hobos in-game. I'm curious about their use case and stats, mostly about the secret pantheon. It is good to see, the constant game-updates nearly everyday. The devs aren't sleeping!
