Hi steemians, welcome again to my achievement 5 task 2. Here I will be reviewing the tool steemscan.com, and to my understanding, I will say it is a wonderful tool, as it helps to give some important statistics for the steem blockchain. I will be attempting the following question.

Explains what the current value of Steem is and the volumes as of the date of this review.

In this section, you're expected to check the latest transaction using the tool, and from the above image, it is in two sections are the latest transaction and the latest block.

The above image has sections that are used for checking the latest monetary transaction, checking the latest blocks, types of transactions done like voting, resteeming, creating of orders, comments, etc. On the section of latest blocks, it has the transaction ID, the time, the height of the transaction block, and the witness that is mining the transaction

In this section, the total number of witnesses is shown and the number of steem mined. It also shows the current miner at the particular time of mining.

from the image, you will see the first witness as car2001, this rank is based on the total number of steem mined, and from the chart, it is showing that the @car2001 mined 42,120,570 steem since last year. He is still ranking because no other witness has mined such an amount.

When voting for a witness, you will click on the latest column as it is on the image - vote. Once clicked you will be taken to the next page to confirm your voting transaction by releasing your steemit active key. If your key is approved you will be asked to approve the transaction.
