STEEMD - How to listen on public IP address?

All the examples I see of the config.ini file for steemd listen on 127.0.0.1. Indeed I have that working. But I want to listen on the public IP for my server. How can I do this? I've tried setting the rpc-endpoint in config.ini but it always runs as 127.0.0.1
