Greetings to all my friends
Assalam o alikum friends welcome to my blog today I am particularly participate in season 28 week 5 in kabab challenge.The Seekh kabab one of the tasty and healthy meal ,in my country the beef Seekh kabab are very famous it's grilled on coal like Bar-B-Q style and the smoke of coal really fantastic so guys let's move on my participation I am trying to fulfilled all answers of the questions for stuff task.
Well guys the practice task for making Seekh kababs is really easy and joyful moments in kitchen infact I made many time this kababs,so my past experience gave me conference to make it quickly and the taste of this kababs are outstanding,the traditional food had its own cultural flavours and history,my mother also made Seekh kababs too good but she made from beef .today I shared below the ingredients list and complete step by step procedure so guys without ado let's move on our recipe..

| 400 GM boneless chicken |
| 1 tbs soya sauce |
| 1 tbs Veniger |
| 1 tbs Ginger garlic paste |
| Capsicums green |
| 2 tomatoes |
| 2 tbs cornflour |
| 1 tbs red chilli powder |
| 1 tbs roasted cumin seeds powder |
| 1 tbs coriander powder |
| Cooking oil as needed |
Making/Procedure
- By first I washed the chicken pieces for water and put in strainer to removed all excess water from it .Now added ginger garlic paste and powder spices in it .

- Mixed well all ingredients then add vinegar

- Also added soya sauce and chill sauce as well .

- Incorporated well all ingredients ,now add flour and cornflour powder in it .
- Cut the capsicums green , tomatoes and onions in cube shared and inserted it with chicken pieces one by one in Bar-B-Q sticks,in the same manner made all seekh kababs sticks and set a side in the meantime take a frying pan add oil and let it hot .

Add flour and cornflour in the mixture before frying it's gives crunchy taste to our Seekh kababs.

Now inserted cube shaped capsicums, onion and tomatoes with spicy chicken piece in bar b q sticks.
Frying time
Keep in mind when fried Seekh kababs flame must be low to medium and gives golden brown colour on both sides if you flam high your kabab might be burn and uncooked in side .

Final presentation
Tadaa guys it's done I served with tomato slices and cucumber slices with my tampting Seekh kabab I really liked and thank to @jimiaera02 to taught us fantastic kabab recipes in the challenge unfortunately due to my few personal busy schedule I did particularly participate in whole week but first week I made and share shame kababs in the challenge.

Yes I had great experience in past to making Seekh kababs,time by time I also shared in my blogs .I made Seekh kababs in beef meat as well.I never faced any kind of difficulty during the whole procedure infact I loves these recipes in which marination needed ,I believed that the marinated meats are more tender and juicy had riced flavour in meat pieces due to marination the spices were completely absorbed.

If I will get opportunity to share my delicious chicken Seekh kabab to my lovely Steemit friend @ninapeda from Nigeria ,I am sure the kabab lovers existed in all over the world and I am sure she loves chicken fried recipes ,due to long distance it's my personal imagination and wish to share my Seekh kababs to her ,I think she loving it and accept my invitation.
