LSLC29-W1 | Fast Food Recipe : Fuchka-Chatpati Recipe

I hope you all are good and doing well. Today I'm here to be a part of this amazing contest "SLC29-W1 | Fast Food Recipe : Fuchka-Chatpati Recipe". First of all I would like to congratulate @selina1 for being selected as contest organiser in SLC-S29. Let's move towards contest task;

✅ 1. Prepare any of the above mentioned recipes and describe the detailed method with pictures (4 marks)

Here I'm making second recipe given in the contest in my style.

Ingredients:

Ingredients	Quantity
Chickpeas	2cups
Potatoes	4 piece
Onion	as per taste
Green chillies	2-3
Coriander leaves chopped	2tbsp
Salt	1/2tsp
Chlili flakes	1/2tsp
Cumin powder	1/2tsp
Tamarind	2tsp
Yougart	250g
Papri	as needed
Chat masala	1/2tsp

Making:

• Soaked chickpeas 4-5hr then boil them untiled they become soft.

• Boiled potatoes, peel then and cut them in cibes and added with chickpeas.
• Add beaten yougart over it.

• Add all dried spices with it.

• Cut all all veggies 8n small pieces nicely and add it over the bowl.

• Add Tamarind paste in it and mixed all ingredients well. Now add topping of papri (crips )on top.

• Delicious chana chat is ready to serve.

Yes,I'm satisfied by being able to make the recipe myself at home and my family loved it. In my area we call it channa chat.Its very famous street food in my area . Whenever I go out for shopping with my daughter or my friend we eat chana chart from mall.
Now Ramadan are coming and this recipe e8ll he often at my aftar table . I really enjoyed to make this recipe for the contest and it was a family feast from myside.

I really like to share this recipe with my friend @roohiasif99 . She's my friend and we often meet at tea time. She loves channa chat so tis yummy recipe will be perfect partner on our next meeting .
