I hope you all are good and doing well. Today I'm here to be a part of this amazing contest"SLC28-W2 // "Lentils Soup". . I hope this wintervwe will enjoy delicious soups 🍲 recipes from @uzma4882. Today tomato soup seems very appitizing and delicious.

🍲Make an in detail step by step recipe of Lentils Soup (4)
Ingredients :
Today I'm following the same recipe that is given by teacher @uzma4882
Lentils

| Yellow Moong Dal | ⅓ cup |
| Red Masoor lentil | ⅓ cup |
| Sabut MasoorDal | ⅓ cup |
| Water | 3 cups for boiling |
Vegetables :

| Onion | 1 small chopped |
| Garlic | 2 clove's |
| Ginger paste | ½ tsp |
| Tomato | 1 chopped |
| Carrot | 1 finely diced (Optional) |
| Celery leaves | 8-10 g chopped |
| Cabbage | 1 small (finely chopped) |
Condiments :

| Turmeric Powder | ½ tsp |
| Cumin Powder | ½ tsp |
| Zera Powder | ½ tsp |
| Black pepper | ¼ tsp |
| Bay leaf | 1 (Optional) |
| Paprika powder | ½ tsp for taste |
| Salt | ⅓ for taste |
| Butter | ⅔ tsp |
Making :
- First soak Lentils in water for 10 minutes, after washing it nicely. Add 3 cups of water and soaked lentis in a pan abd start cooking.
- Add all chopped veggies except ginger garlic and spring onion. Add all spices and cook it on medium flame until they soften and smooth.
- To give smooth and silky texture blend this mixture with hand blender ,add water to desire consistency. Keep a side this mixture.

- Add 2tbs of burter and sotey garlic ginger and spring onion for 1-2 minutes then add blended Lentils in it and cook it gor few minutes more.
- Delicious Lentils Soup is ready to serve. Enjoy it hot in cold winter.

Lentils are very nutritious. They provides protein, carbohydrates, fiber. Lentils ate good source of Vitamin B. They contain different minerals like Iron ,
Folate,Potassium,Manganese, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Zinc, Copper. Lentil support digestion and heart health.
I have tried this Lentils soup in this winter is a healthy option to satisfy your hunger and give warmth to your body. Its delicious taste enhance your mood. I really enjoyed when I took it at night. I'm choosy in my food section and don't try new for myself but this soup is amazing and really give warmth in this cozy snd cold winter.

This lentil soup is very tasty, but I usually make this soup with rice because it is thick and even children eat it with over rice.
