yes, there are many similar recipe in Venezuelan cuisine with slightly change of some ingredients. Chicken Asopado is similar to the chicken vegetable only chicken broth is used.
you like alot of ingredients to add yo your recipe to give it good taste. I love garlic and prprika too. You are a great chef 👨🍳
