• yes you are right cooking method of recipe is totally different from our cuisine. As you tried first ti.e but your recipe turned out to be perfect.

• you make "Arroz con Pollo y Vegetales"very well . All steps of making recipe are well described with respective pictures. I like your recipe presentation.

• yes i agreed Pakistan's vegetable mixed polaw is similar to this recipe, spices used in chicken are different and cooking style is different.

• cumin and origano both have great aroma and give great taste to food.
