The Diary Game||Date:28-11-2024||A Pre-Winter Day I Cherished with Community Activities, Friends, and Family

The day started very early in the morning. As usual, some of my friends and I go out for a morning walk. This time of the year remains so beautiful before the winter arrives. After waking up, I finished my Fajr prayer and then got ready for the morning walk. Our neighborhood is full of greenery, so it was really enjoyable and energetic. While walking, we picked "Sheuli flowers" and some "Amloki" that had fallen from the tree. Alhamdulillah , it is a great start to the day. After walking for 1.5 hours, we returned home, and after that, my daily routine began. But before that, I keep my Sheuli fool on water so that it stays fresh for the whole day.

After finishing all the morning duties—from waking up my babies to arranging breakfast—I sat down with my tea. This tea break always gives me energy and cheerfulness. After that, I went to the kitchen to preparing lunch. I had to finish a bit early as I had an event in my women’s community. I completed my lunch preparations and got ready for the event.

The event was a “Dessert Competition ,” and followed by a small cultural program. I reached there on time, and after the chief guest's arrival , the competition started. All participants brought a variety of dessert items, including cakes, pancakes, different types of pitha, and sweets , along with some savory items as well. My eyes were just stuck on all the items.

We were 4–5 people on the judge panel, and every item and its presentation captured our attention. Everything was so perfectly organized and beautifully decorated, with incredible taste. We were all amazed by the flavors, and judging was quite difficult. However, we had to choose winners. After announcing the results, we tasted more desserts and brought some home too.

Following this, there was a small cultural program. All the members sat together and enjoyed the performances. Overall, it was a wonderful arrangement for the women to take a break from daily life. The entire program was so nice and enjoyable.

By the time it was almost evening, I returned home to find my baby taking her afternoon nap. After she woke up from , it was her time. Since it was Thursday evening, her papa made a plan to go out with some friends and their families. We went to a nearby place to sit, chat, and enjoy some street food.

Time with friends is always special and even more so when our children become friends—it’s out of this world. After spending time on the street side, one of our friends invited us to her home for tea. She had bought a new tea cup set and wanted us to inaugurate it. So, we went there and shared some beautiful moments together.

It was my simple day with community activities, friends, and family.
