दिल्ली को फिर किया एक भेड़िए ने शर्मसार आज कल रेप की खबर बहुत ही आम हो चुकी है और ऐसा लगता है कि यह एक कॉमन शब्द बन गया है मगर यह कॉमन मसला नहीं है यह बहुत ही गंभीर मसला है फिर दिल्ली में एक और रेप का केस सामने आया है और इस बार 9 साल की उम्र की नाबालिग लड़की के साथ दुष्कर्म करने वाले ।

पापी बहरूपिए और भेड़िए जैसे इंसानों ने आजकल आतंक मचाया हुआ है और इस समस्या से निपटने के लिए सख्त से सख्त कानून की जरूरत है और इन दरिंदों को अपने किए की कड़ी से कड़ी सजा भी देनी चाहिए 9 साल की नाबालिग लड़की दिमाग से थोड़ी कमजोर थी और उसी का फायदा उठाते हुए उसी के पड़ोसी ने उसके साथ नाइंसाफी ।

कि वह 4 साल से कैटरिंग का काम कर रहा था और किराए के मकान पर रहता था उसका मकान बिल्कुल ऊपर रहता था एक दिन उसने मौका पाकर जब पीड़िता लड़की को छोटे-छोटे बच्चों के साथ गली में खेलते हुए देखा तो उसने मौका पाकर ही इसको अपने कमरे में ले जाकर उसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया और उसकी जिंदगी तबाह हो बर्बाद कर दी और उसे धमका कर रखा कि तुमने अगर इस काम के बारे में ।

अगर किसी को बताया तो तुम्हें जान से मार दूंगा इस को डरा-धमका कर फरार हो गया और उस पीड़िता की हालत बहुत ही गंभीर हो गई और उसे सही वक्त पर अस्पताल ले जाया गया तो कुछ बच्चों को उसके माता-पिता ने इस बारे में पूछा तो उन्हें शक हो गया और जैसे ही पीड़िता होश में आई उनके मां बाप ने उनसे इस बारे में पूछ रहा था पीड़िता ने सच सच बता कर पूरा मामला सामने रख दिया यह सुनकर ।
उनके मां बाप के डर से जमीन निकल गई और फौरन ही उस आरोपी के खिलाफ उन्होंने पुलिस में शिकायत कर दी बार पुलिस ने बगैर कोई देर किए आरोपी तक पहुंच गए और उसे दबोच लिया चरस के अड्डे पर पाया गया और वहीं दबोच लिया और उसने फोन ही अपना गुनाह कबूल कर लिया कि वह दुष्कर्म किया इस दरिंदे को अपने किए की सजा जरुर मिलनी चाहिए मगर हमें पीड़ित नाबालिक लड़की की ।
भी चिंता है फिलहाल वह मौत से जूझ रही है उसकी हालत बहुत ही नाजुक है उसके लिए हम दुआ करते हैं कि उसकी जिंदगी सही सलामत रहे और वह फिर से ठीक हो जाए और जो उसके साथ नाइंसाफी हुई है उस को इंसाफ मिले और मुजरिम को कड़ी से कड़ी सजा मिले और इस नाबालिग पीड़िता को फिर से एक नई जिंदगी शुरु करने का मौका मिले और हमारा समाज भी इसको अपनाएं ऐसी हम उम्मीद करते हैं।
