Shopska Salad In Peppers Land

Have you ever tried grilled peppers in a salad?
It was a bit strange for me in the beginning that you can put grilled peppers in a salad.
They call it Shopska Salad in Balkan region.
The aroma of grilled peppers makes you really hungry.😂😃😁

Ingredients:
Tomatoes
Grilled peppers ( peel the skin)
Fresh parsley
Onions
Cucumber
Feta cheese
Olive oil
Salt

I picked up fresh Parsley and onions from the garden
