Meditation is another thing I am working on this year, I found it really challenging in the beginning so I started off with just 3 minutes then increased to 5 minutes a day and have now increased it to 10mins, still finding it hard but it's getting easier. I just hit 22 consecutive days with meditation and can notice the difference already!
@sunsurfsoul, keep it up dude! I've been going hard for 10 mins in the morning for awhile. I usually follow that up with a quick deep breathing yoga session.
