Contribution to open Dota Website
On October, in conjunction of Hacktoberfest, I made PR to OpenDota to make it into a Progressive Web App.
I observed that the website unregistered their service worker. Therefore, I decided to make an issue in GitHub, and then once it is done, I started to add features to the website.
Issue Created on Progressive Web App

Added manifest.json and register service worker
PR#2
resolve bug with previous registered service worker
Both PR has made into Production! Yeah!
