How to make delicious Mushroom meat paste|香菇肉酱,下饭无敌，饭遭殃

I’d like to share you the recipe by my sister in law to make mushroom meat paste. Hope you will like it.

Mushroom meat paste is good to go with rice and noodle soups etc. it’s very easy to make if you follow the steps below.

Ingredient- mushroom, grinded meat, bean paste, sugar, cooking wine

原料：香菇，肉饼子，豆瓣酱，糖，料酒

Process-

1． Heat the cooking oil

起油锅，比炒菜多一倍的油

2． Put grinded meat into the pan and stir it, add some cooking wine.

肉末下锅炒，放一点料酒

3． Add chopped mushroom and continue to stir

放香菇末，继续翻炒

4． Add bean paste and stir, with medium heat, then add sugar and a little bit of water, stir evenly.

放酱开中火翻炒，放糖，放少许水，炒匀

5． Cook them for around 2-3 mins with small to medium heat , then the dish is done. If you love spicy, you may add chilli pepper in on step 2.

开中小火煮2-3 分钟完成。如果喜欢吃辣的，可以在炒肉末的时候放入辣椒

The dish goes very well with rice, enjoy.
