A little walk!

Evening walk ... after a work day I try to walk at least an hour ... And if I can in the woods if not in the fields. I rarely walk around the countryside and where there are people. I've been working with people all day and talking .... so it's nice not to see anyone. Alone with my thoughts, and even better without any thoughts ... a little to reset.
