After many years of war, King Udolf discovered a strange and ancient way of making words come to life, it is being wielded by the Word Warriors, the most prepared men and women of the place, ended the hostilities. But after the war, the Crown favors some factions more than others, from one of the most disadvantaged, we will come out Haimrik, a scribe who through the use of blood can use the power of words.
The mechanics of the game will present us with various problems that we will have to solve using our magic book, where the words will be in charge of telling us the story, and also of helping us to raise and solve these problems, from the words that are on the floor we can make them come to life, whether consciously or unconsciously, some causing death, and others giving us useful objects.
The music is great, but after so much playing, you will notice how the 4 loops are repeated over and over again, causing a feeling of boredom. The use of blood is seen as a little forced and unreasonable, more like a publicity stunt. The mix of 2d scenarios with the use of 3d activities (such as shooting) remains so that it doesn't add up much.
With "Haimrik" you can be part of a medieval battle against the King of the Word. An adventure that may change your perspective on words and history.
