Easy and Delicious Homemade Aloo Paratha Recipe

STEP: 1
First of all, take the potatoes in a bowl and wash them well. After washing, put them in a pot. Light a fire under the stove and pour water into this pot and place it on the stove. When the potatoes boil, remove them from the pot and let them cool in a bowl. When the potatoes cool down, peel them with a knife or your hands.

Take an onion, chop it finely and put it in a bowl.

Chop eight green chillies finely with the help of a knife and put them in a bowl. Take seven or two cloves of garlic and chop them finely and put them in a bowl. Use a whisk to make this paste very fine.

When the spice paste is well formed, add a spoonful of dried coriander leaves to it.

Add half a teaspoon of garam masala and two or three black peppercorns.

Then add salt as needed.

After adding salt, add half a teaspoon of red chili powder.

After the red chili, add half a teaspoon of turmeric and mix the mixture with the help of a spoon.

When the ingredients are mixed well and a paste is formed, add finely chopped green chillies and four or five mint leaves along with it. They will give a nice flavour.

Now to apply this paste on the bread, take a dough and knead it with your hands or a rolling pin. When you knead the dough, apply the mixture you made on it as much as you need. Then take another dough and knead it with the help of a rolling pin. Place the kneaded dough on top of the first dough and press its sides well with your hands so that the mixture does not come out.

Light a fire in the stove. When the fire is lit, place a tawa on top. When the tawa is hot, add a little ghee and place the roti you made on top of the tawa. Let the roti adhere well. When the roti is cooked, change its side and cook the other side well, while also adding ghee. When both sides are cooked, remove the roti from the tawa and place it in a frying pan.
