THE LAW OF ABSOLUTE DEPENDENCY ON GOD
Calvary greetings to everyone on this platform. It's my pleasure and privilege to bring to you good tidings and words that would help edify and uplifts your spirit. I will be talking about the law of absolute dependency on God. The need why we must learn to trust completely in God and that without reservation. God bless you as you spare some minutes to engage. Thanks.
To drive my point home, I will begin by sharing a story line from Roberts Liardon work captioned 'GOD'S GENERALS; why some succeeds and others failed'
In 1908, John G Lake, a onetime renowned God's general was instructed by God to take the gospel of light to Africa, South Africa to be precise. He embarked on the journey alongside with his family. They traveled by sea and as they pulled out into the port, Lake had no money on him to pay for his immigration fee. That was the immigration law in South Africa at the time. Each family is expected to pay at least $125 as they arrived or they wouldn't be permitted to leave the ship. Meanwhile, Lake had just $1.50 on him. His wife looked at him and said "what are you going to do? He responded "I am going to line up with the rest, we have obeyed God this far, It is now up to the Lord" This was a onetime millionaire who forsook all just for the sake of the gospel and now he would learn to completely trust in God.
Not too long after he said that to his wife, a fellow passenger tapped him on his shoulder and called him to his side. He asked Lake a few questions, then handed him the sum of $200. "I feel led to give you this to help your work" the stranger said. That was how Lake and his family was cleared.
Your ability to hold on to God , in the midst of threatening and frightening situation without compromising your faith and believing him for a deliverance is known as the 'law of absolute dependency' It has to do with committing your everything to him without reservation.
A good biblical instance of the subject matter being talked about was the account of Shedrach, Meshach and Abednego. Though king Nbuchadnezzer threatened to have their life destroyed by casting them into the burning fiery furnace if they will not bow down to his god. But because these three hebrew men knew their God they stood firm without compromising their belief. And guess what, their God showed up.

You must learn to completely trust in God even in the face of death just like Shedrach, Meshach and Abednego. God can never put his own to shame. Get this law activated today and begin to enjoy the dividends of being a citizen of the kingdom.
Shalom!
