These Getting to Know Herb posts are appreciated, thank you for capturing and sharing your knowledge. I look forward to reading more, if you take requests or know much about Comfrey please share if you like. We enjoy Stinging Nettle Tea, I was not aware of it should not be consumed long term. Perhaps we need to take breaks between periods of drinking it daily. I will need to explore that more, thank you again for sharing your wisdom.
Thanks, I appreciate your appreciation :) I have been going with pictures of plants I took, but I think I can do posts on any plant and just use allowed images from others :) I'll try to remember comfrey to do in the future. Thanks for the suggestion. Yeah, maybe after a year or two take a break for a few weeks? I dunno... heh. I think it may just be the studied long term use, and it might still be safe for indefinite use.
