Assalamualaikum, how are you all? I am writing from Umm Tahira Jannat Ashuganj Fertilizer Ashuganj, Bibaria, Bangladesh. Food is one of the basic needs of human beings. The need of food for a healthy body is immense. Bananas and Misty occupy a place in the list of delicious and balanced foods. Misti and banana form a major part of the traditional dishes of Bangladesh.

Misti: Misti is unmatched as a traditional dish of the Bengali nation. We Bengalis start any auspicious work with Misty face. When a new guest arrives in someone's house, we take Misty with us. Whoever's son or daughter got good results, we distribute sweets to everyone around us and share the happiness with everyone. On 1st Baisakh, Misty stays at home in Bengali homes. Traders keep up with misti. Misti is a tasty food rich in nutrients.

Dhee: Dhee is one of the traditional foods of Bengali. Dey is unmatched as a Pustigun rich delicacy. Hard to find a person who doesn't like Dey. Both Dey and Misti are known to be highly potent Pustigun rich delicacies.

Banana: Banana is available throughout the year in our country. Banana is known as a delicious food. Banana is one of the most nutritious. Everyone's favorite fruit is banana. Especially children are very fond of banana. In all places of Bangladesh, more or less cultivation is done. Banana is the fruit of yellow color. Yellow color results in vitamin A which helps to fill the vitamin A deficiency in the body. Banana is a fruit rich in potassium which helps in building body structure.

We should be careful in choosing food. If the body is healthy, the mind is good.
Prevention is better than cure.
