CPS MAFIA: KIDS WERE USED AS PLEDGE FOR DEPT ON ALIMONY

Child Protective Services? Isn't here any mistake?

Maybe Child Selling or Child Blackmailing Services are better?

It's hard to believe but CPS in Kurgan (a Russian city) really act like mafia of 90-s (after the USSR collapse).

It was time of full anarchy, banditry and iniquity. And at that period mafia often used a method "to put on a counter" that means a sum of a dept grows from day to day. You took 100 and you have to give back 100 - it's logical, but here it's some kind of crazy % that are under of any control.

In this case CPS really acted similar to this very scheme.

This story lasts alreasy for 3 years, it started in 2015.

Svetlana had really hard life. Disability, cerebral palsy.
Her 2 kids were the only happiness and light of her life.

As a person with limited abilities she had to get a flat or a house from the state. But it's a long process, ad she had to wait. It wasn't a great problem for her, because a free flat would be just a great gift , no matter when time would come.

But CPS didn't want to wait. They forced Svetlana to take her kids to an orphanage until she got the flat (though she had a place where to live!).

They didn't explain her all risks and responsibility for this decision, vice versa, they promised there would be no problems, ansd she would be able to take them back any time (it's popular CPS lie for parents).

Legal illiteracy сauses great problems for all parents! And Svetlana was caught in this trap too.

CPS obstructed the return of kids to their mom. They insisted to wait for herown flat, but during that time, the trial limited Svetlana's parental rights because of the disability of the second group (cerebral palsy).

it should be mentioned that Russian laws don't prohibit the upbringing of children by invalids of the 2nd group! They can't be guardians of orphans, but they CAN upbring their native kids!

In Russia there're millions of such people and families. Are they all in danger now?!

The court limited Svetlana's parental rights due to health problems and appointed her alimony. Bailiffs didn't inform her about it, and she was informed about her dept to the state only in 1,5 year! The sum was already about 2,500$ that is very much for a poor family.

Why were CPS keeping silent all that time? Why couldn't they inform the mother about her alimony at once? The level of people's legal illeracy is known to all officials, no doubt. And they used this situation for their purpose. Now they just reject to give kids back till she doesn't cover all the dept. Now the argument about the flat doesn't work, now the alimony is the main reason.

But why is it a reason to keep kids far from their mom? Why is debt considered to be an obstacle for returning of children?

Moreover, if kids are returned to parents, then no more alimony should be paid, so the dept growth is stopped. Maybe it's the real reason of CPS outrage?

They understand the sum is too big for a poor disabled woman, and they do all possible to make it even bigger from day to day.

Pure mafia of 1990-s...

Reason? Just the same - the kids are in orphanages, the state pay good money for them (that can be divided between CPS and the head of the orphanage), or the kids are being prepared for adoptive families, who can pay good sum of money for healthy and nice kids.

Now Sveltana continues her struggle, and the fact that her story is published in open sources now can help to solve it faster.

CPS like silence in their outrage, when it begins to sound, they have to be responsible for their decisions.
