벌써 꽃놀이 시즌~~~
오늘은 오전엔 근력스트레칭 gx,
오후엔 집에서 싸이클로 운동했습니다ㅎㅎ
센터 왔다갔다하고 집에서 집안일하고ㅎㅎ
생활걷기로 액티핏 출석합니다ㅎㅎ
운동은 사랑입니다.^^
