How to make Dumplings with minced chicken

Delicate milk dough and juicy chicken and onion filling. Boil the dumplings right away or freeze for later.

Ingredients for the dough


  • Milk 200 ml
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Egg 1 piece
  • Vegetable oil 1½ tbsp. spoons
  • Flour 500 g

Ingredients for the filling

  • Minced chicken 600-650 g
  • Salt taste
  • Ground black pepper taste
  • Bow 1-2 pieces

Preparation



one. Dissolve salt in milk, and then mix with egg and butter.

2 ․ Sift the flour into a bowl and make a well. Pour in the liquid, stir everything and knead the dough.

3 ․ Cover with a napkin and leave at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.

four. Knead the dough again for 10 minutes, then leave again for 20-30 minutes.

five. Mix the minced chicken with salt, pepper and chopped onions.

6 ․ Divide the dough into several pieces. Take one and roll it out into a thin layer.

7 ․ With a glass, cut out round blanks from the rolled dough, put the filling on each. Tape up the edges of the dumplings, and then connect the ends to make a round shape.

  1. Form dumplings from the remaining dough in the same way.

nine. Boil salted water in a saucepan. Place the dumplings in boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes after the liquid has re-boiled.
