Night blooming Brahmakamal

This night blooming Brahmakamal is from my friend s place. We both used to watch for it to bloom and the fragrance was so delightful. This monsoon, I took a stem out of the old plant and planted at front of home. Initially, there were 3-4 flowers budding but only one flowered.

No amount of pictures would do justice to the flower or the smell.
