Soft and Fluffy Mini Donuts - Quick Easy Recipe
The recipe was worked out a hundred times and the result was successfully eaten! Although, I think it's time to end with flour and bread and tune in to healthy recipes. Soon the quarantine will end, and it's time to think about a healthy body.
Ingredients:
- 250 g milk
- 1 egg
- 50 g butter
- 3 tbsp. l. sugar with a slide
- 10 g dry yeast (25 g live)
- a pinch of salt
- 450 g flour
- 1 tbsp. l. cognac
- 500 g cooking oil for frying
Add sugar and dry yeast to warm milk. Allow yeast to activate for 10-14 minutes until foam forms. Add half the flour, knead the dough and place in a warm place under the plastic wrap.
When it fits well, knead, add the egg, stir. Add the melted butter while still warm, mix again. Add flour and mix well again with your hands, finishing the process on the table. If necessary, add more flour - my dough took only 440 g.
I put salt in the second half of the flour.
Cognac or vodka can be added with an egg.
For flavor, you can use vanilla sugar by adding one sachet.
You can substitute vegetable butter in the recipe.
The dough should be very soft, elastic but no longer stick to your hands. It is important not to make the dough too dense.
The kitchen should be warm.
Add some zest to the dough.
Further.
Again the dough under the film and in a warm place - come up. Then knead and form balls, put on a baking sheet, flatten a little, cover with foil and let come up again.
Heat vegetable oil. Carefully, using a spatula, remove the donut from the sheet and transfer to oil. Fry well on both sides until golden brown.
Keep the fire at an average temperature: if you have a thermometer - 180 degrees, if you have a cooler deep fat fryer.
Try the first donut - it should be done inside. If damp, reduce heat.
Finished donuts can be stuffed with jam or whatever you like using a pastry bag. Sprinkle with powdered sugar afterwards.
