How are you guys hope everyone is fine and I am also fine Alhamdulillah today I am a food contest organized by@steemit-ironchef in the Steemit Iron Chef community I would like to thank you for coming to participate in the food diary game contestingName of Contest Daily Menu Delicacies Week No. 52 This is also a great contest about food and here I can come up with my week's meals and share my favourite dishes with friends but let's start without wasting your precious time.

Everyone wants to have hot vapa pitha in winter and I also love vapa pitha for vapa pitha I have been thinking for quite some time that I have all the required rice jaggery in my house I have to make vapa pitha so today I woke up in the morning and I woke up in the morning feeling very good. That's why today I made steamed pita by mixing rice powder date jaggery and salt and it was very good and appreciated by all the family I was also very happy to make vape pitha and enjoy such delicious food in the morning with the family.

Today in the noon I have prepared a very healthy recipe which is a small fish bharta recipe because small fish is very necessary for our body and our eyesight is very much necessary although small children may have some problems eating small fish here I have prepared bharta where I fried the small fishes well with onion green chillies garlic and then I battered them well it was very good to eat and with it, I made a big tengra fish fry. Tengra fish is also very tasty to eat and Tengra fish has many nutritional properties. If there is a lack of blood in the body, eating Tengra fish can fill the anaemia.

Today evening also I made pitha because I had some rice atta batter left over from the batter I made in the morning to make vapa pitha I didn't want to waste it so I made sweet puli pitha by mixing coconut with that atta. These pithas are perfect for winters because these pithas don't taste very good during hot weather and are more difficult to make so during summer time to eat these pies. And in the evening I want to eat some fruit because this time I am free and I like to eat some fruit that's why today I cut some kesur which I ate was very good they like salt more and some like masala. I liked it a lot but I ate the kesur with salt and it was pretty good.

brought dal puri when my husband came home at night because he knows very well I love to eat dal puri and when it's hot dalpuri I don't need any other food so brought dalpuri at night and it was accompanied by delicious dal ghati with dal. I love puris so much In the night we had more dalpuris and we all finished all the ones my husband had brought and after that, there was no need for any more rice or roti for dinner. And that's how I completed all my meals today where I kept most of the winter pitha for today which was quite a pitha day.
