Friends, how are you all? I hope you are all doing well, and I am also doing well. Alhamdulillah, today I have brought you a very tasty recipe. I hope my friends, food lovers, will like it a lot. Currently, the mango season has arrived in Bangladesh, and now, due to high winds and storms, there are quite a few unripe mangoes in the market. Although many people do not like to eat raw mangoes, there are many things that can be made with raw mangoes, but everyone likes to eat them. The most popular of these is the pickle made from raw mangoes, which I have made today. What are the ingredients needed to make this very tasty and delicious pickle, and how can it be made at home? The Process of recipe
🟫 Step 01
🥭To make mango pickle, first, I will need raw mangoes.
🥭Then I will cut some kosher juggery into small pieces.
🟫 Step 02
🥭Then I will peel the raw mangoes well and cut them into small pieces. Here I have not taken the mangoes with the pits. If anyone wants, they can take the mangoes that are still in the pits.
🥭Then I wash the mangoes well and put them in the pressure cooker, and here I will boil them for five minutes.
🥭After that, my mangoes were cooked very well, smelled great, and became soft.
🟫 Step 03
🥭Then I will put a clean pan on the stove and pour a generous amount of mustard oil into it.
🥭Then I'll add some crushed garlic here.
🟫 Step 04
🥭Then add chopped dried chilies and whole dried chilies.
🥭Once the garlic has been fried in oil for a while, I'll add the boiled mangoes ones here.
🥭Then add salt and turmeric powder here.

🥭Dried chili powder
🥭And finally, I will give you the quality juggery that is cut here to taste.

🥭Then I'll stir everything well and crush it well with a handle here.
🥭My mangoes are completely mixed.
🥭Then you need to cook it for a while to dry out the excess water that comes out of the mango. I cooked it for about half an hour, dried it well, and glued it, and then my cooking was complete.

🥭After that, the mango pickle is completely ready, and then it needs to be taken out on a plate and prepared for serving.
