I'm Sur-Riti, I am an Indian. I hold a postgraduate degree and an MBA. I was an administrative officer in the Medical and Health Department in India, where I took voluntary retirement and started my own business.

I now run my own online clothing and surgical equipment business. I've a passion for writing short stories, novels, and on various topics since childhood. I joined Steemit three years ago, on July 22, 2022 and write my 1st post in December 2022 . I always help newcomers learn how to write quality posts.

I haven't withdrawn any funds in my three years on Steemit. I want to stay on the Steemit platform and help newcomers. I've also worked as a moderator more then 7 months with Incredible India. In October 2025, I was a member of the Newcomer Curator Team.

My name is Esther Edem Archibong, know as @dequeen. I joined steemit May 2021 and since then I've been actively posting till now. I came to like the creativity, skills learned, and other activities on the blog and choose to remain active.

I'm from Nigeria, the giant of Africa, I was born and raised in my country, and out of the many languages in my country, I understand and speak English, Ibibio and Nigerian pidgin.I like reading post from all areas in the platform, ranging from crypto,health, foods, lifestyle art and craft, creative writing etc.

I have invite different newbie to the platform and trained them on how to write creative content.I am passionate about them their growth in the ecosystem. Currently, I am moderator in Steem-fashion and style and steem kitchen. This helps me to have maximum interaction with user.

This October was the most happiest months because I was given opportunity to curate, explore different newcomer post and advise them when need be.

It was my first and excellent service,as such I will be appreciated, if December is granted as well.

I’ve worked in many communities and also been verified there. Through my various posts, I have brought out many creative sides of mine, like cooking, drawing, crafting, blogging, and creative writing. Alhamdulillah, I’ve got a lot of support and encouragement from this platform, which always motivates me, and I have come this far successfully. Our primary goal will be to guide new users in adhering to platform rules and improving their post quality. Our team members have previously applied these methods in building their own communities, making them fully experienced in providing the correct guidelines to newcomers and we are very alert to fake and duplicate accounts created just to get rewards.In October 2025,we are was a member of the Newcomer Curator Team.

We will not limit our task only to voting for newcomers. We will check their complete profiles and provide them with the necessary guidance to improve on this platform. We will also encourage them to engage in healthy blogging and build their reputation by interacting with the community.And we will always try to provide solutions to all their problems.
