Sith Level Drone Rates
Bumped up my rates and played around today. I wanted to see if I could fly somewhat smoothly with the rates cranked up a little. What I found is that it felt like I was swinging a lightsaber. Moves were quicker and executed with a nice swoosh sound.
It will take a minute to get the timing down, but I think I will keep the settings. I fly with a bit of expo so that the center of movement has less effect than the edges. The bumped up rates gave me more speed of action at the edges but remained tame in the middle.
Love those higher rates! Im one of the few guys that races with higher rates... Just so much better imo
Didn't realize that racers ever used higher rates. It seems like it gives you another tool if you are able to make full use of them. Corvettes have incredibly sensitive steering as compared to an Impala.
Yea most of them like low rates because their fingers get twitchy under pressure
Didn't even notice the difference today when I flew at the beach. Adapting came quickly. Reviewing the footage, it looks like I need to sharpen the roll and flip timing just a hair.
