Hilsa rice recipe

Materials :

  1. 2 cups of rice rice,
  2. Hilsa pieces 6-7 (big hilsa),
  3. Half a cup,
  4. 1 tablespoon of cardamom,
  5. Chilli 6-7,
  6. Oil 2 tablespoons,
  7. Ghee half cup,
  8. 1 cup of onion beaver,
  9. According to the quantity of salt,
  10. Onion Quarter Cup,
  11. Onion Quarter Cup,
  12. Milk half cup,
  13. Lemon juice 2 tablespoons

Method:

Heat the oil in the kadhai and take the onion lightly. Now add ginger, curd, onion, and quantity of salt to the hilsha fish and lemon juice with a gentle spoon.
Day. After 10 minutes, pick up the pieces of fish. Garnish with roasted gourd and roasted half a sieve, cover with hot water (4 cups) and green chillies. If the water is dry then take some poleo. Spread the pieces of fish on the polao.
Take away the polao, the rest of the fly over the fish and covered with milk. After 15-20, serve down and down.
