Hard to believe that it’s been nearly a few months since review hunt has been up, seven weeks just like that blasted past, it’s been a busy old time in those last few months and now that the platform is stable and steadily rolling along the team has been taking some time out to reflect on steemhunt again and start work on re-working that system to hopefully attract a higher quality level of hunter which in turn might attract more geeky and quality feedback for companies putting campaigns on reviewhunt, it’s sound logic! :)

is slowboarding a term? It should be!

I’ve been impressed at the idea that a campaign can be broken down into repeat listings, as in, you have a budget, you run the campaign, you onboard a bunch of new people who are exposed to your product and you rinse and repeat that process. I like that, it’s like slowly on-boarding people, gives you time as a small team to welcome the new people, bed them in, let them know the other people in the community and then rinse and repeat at the end of the campaign excluding people to take part that already have — really nice, I don’t know ANY other platform that does that.

2000 social channels are now connected ;)

We haven’t quite hit that magic 10 million followers number yet but we are damn close, I’m expecting that to come rolling around in the next few weeks especially if we have another new campaign added to the site — instead thou we have finally reached two thousand separate social media accounts connected in at review.hunt.town pretty awesome, especially when you see that 1,213 hunters have taken part in nearly four thousand separate quest parts — I do hope we get to a point soon where we have 10’s of campaigns running at the same time, that would be awesome!

and to think ideahunt is yet to come!

We don’t talk about it enough but I think one of the big frontends to contribute to this whole advocacy/influencer eco system will be ideahunt later on the year, start of next — how cool will it be as a maker to be able to create something with the support of your fellow hunters that you distribute to hundreds of geeky tech heads and fund your crowdfunding with hunt tokens instead of using centralised platforms like kickstarter — ideahunt could have a real chance of being one the first to offer crypto tokens as a funding option — imagine a world of product development funded by the value of token economies!
