when i'm pumped and building video stuff out i remember my vlogging roots (coffee helps) i just can't help but make some videoblogs, i wanted to quickly show you behind the scenes of how i record my green screen stuff and maybe inspire you a little bit to think about how you can integrate a little green screen into your videos. mine is literally a green sheet of material i bought by the metre from amazon and then screwed a pool to the roof with some hangers that you might hang a curtain rail with and now i just roll it up and down, yes it's creased too but the software is good enough that it just works! :)

i've only got the two lights, either side of me, using again, some clamps that i got from amazon and some little tripods on one side and the other just goes direct into the bracket on the light, this way i can move the light out of the way (i move them upwards) so that i don't catch it when i head out of the door, they are permanently up so that i'm ready to record. i've found that if you have to set things up then you just don't do it because it becomes extra faff to setup.

the ball head clamps are perfect and if you get a few little plastic clamps you can pretty much affix anything up you need quickly without having to screw the thing into your cupboards or walls, just use what existing thins you already have and put them up semi temporary. i would say it's probably cost less than a hundred with the lights, material and clamps -- i am going to upgrade everything at some point with led lights on the front and above (as a fill light) but for now it works perfectly well.
