My Best Friend's Wedding <3
Last December 28, 2018, my guy best friend finally tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend. They have been in a relationship for eight years before the big day last year. However, their relationship was way more than that. It actually started in high school, though it was also kind of complicated.
To be honest, I think it's destiny... or perhaps, they created this destiny for them. I and my guy best friend's guy best friend talked about it and we agreed that it's the case for them. We were witnesses to their subtle love story in high school which finally bloomed in the middle of our University days.

The Wedding was so organized and solemn. People involved in the event really put in their utmost effort to make the day the best day ever for the couple. I was asked by my best friend and wifey to be one of the bridesmaid for the wedding, while my parents were one of the principal sponsors. Since we considered both of them as part of the family already, so we agreed to their request.
I personally don't like wearing long gowns and heels, but for them, I made an exception. hihihi As one of the bridesmaid, I had to go early to the apartment where we had our hair and makeup done. We also had a photo shoot before the wedding. So below are some of the pictures I took behind the scene... hahaha

Fwenship is so fab. What a lucky guy my best friend is!

My new "beshie"... she's my best friend's younger sister

We somehow made this room our "selfie room" hahaha xD

Another scene in our "selfie room" lol
After lunch, we freshened up and went to church together. The wedding was at 1:30 and we arrived there 20 minutes before the wedding. Of course, the bride arrives the latest and we had some time to talk with friends and acquaintances. Our high school friends who attended the event were shocked to see me because it's really rare for them to see me in long gown and heels. I have always been the tomboy type since then. haha

Selfie with my best friend before the wedding. He went to me and squeezed my hand with his super cold ones and said "Best, I am so nervous..." hahaha

Selfie with Sheila... Yes, we have the same name.. She's fwenship's cousin and we used to go to zumba together with fwenship and other friends. ^^
I couldn't take pictures during the wedding itself because I was too busy being happy for both of them. After the wedding, we went to the City Hall's plaza for a post-nuptial shoot before the reception/wedding party. Below are some official photos by John Uy Arts.

Their concepts are very interesting and the photographers were very entertaining and fun. If you're from Cebu, I recommend them. Just check out their Facebook page here, and more information and contact details here.
I also got the chance to take behind the scene shots in the City Hall Plaza. The weather wasn't very good, but it's lucky enough that the rain stopped before we went to church. <3

Here's a groufie with my fellow bridesmaid... We're the Bride's Squad... photo by the lovely Arianne, another younger sister of my best friend...
Actually, I met these ladies except for Sheila for the first time. I'm not sure who but I saw one of my best friend's younger sister before when I went to their house before. I'm only familiar with his older sister. hihihi~ Because of this event, I found new friends in these lovelies. <3
After the photo shoot we went to the Reception venue. The program was lots of fun and was also pretty emotional, especially when the couple gave their message. It was too touching, that I felt my eyes burn and my chest tighten. I couldn't take lots of photos because I was also enjoying the moment.

Again, congratulations to both of them. They're officially husband and wife. <3
Thanks a lot for reading... See you again! (^_^)/
Congratulations 🎉
Thank you~!! ^^
