I am loving my garden! Beautiful colors and smells :) (PHOTO SHOOT)

in #photography9 years ago

I love all the colors and smells in the garden. And, not to mention the wildlife...the birds, squirrels, bees, insects, etc... My garden is all natural. I don't spray with anything. I let nature takes its course.

My favorite right now is the hydrangea. I like the color hues of purple, blue, pink and white.

The trumpet vines are going crazy and so are the hummingbirds.

This is usually my herb and sunflower garden but this year I left nature take over and the fennel plants and moon lillys have taken over. I love the greens and feathery fennel plant...I just think it is beautiful...and delicious!

This is a dogwood tree that I need to trim out. I planted it on the edge of the huge pine tree and arborvitae shrubs (I call them the meatballs as they were tiny round shrubs...17 years ago. LOL!)

These are concord grapes, I didn't have a chance to prune them back this spring. They are going crazy. I usually make jelly with the grapes. They have a deep rich taste. I have two vines and they are 20+ years old. They never let me down.

And for last I have to show my little helper in the yard and garden. He, Ticky is always nearby.

What a beautiful garden you got there. You really take good care of it. Keep up the good work! followed

Thank you so much @runicar It is a lot of work and it gets out of hand sometimes.

yes but it all pays out in the end.

hydrangeas grow like weeds in Southern Chile. They are huge and you can almost literally watch them grow. The only thing I've seen grow faster are the blackberries which are called 'Mora.' Beautiful pics. Great to add a little spin to the food posts. Keep up the great work!
