communities, March - what decentralization means to me
I appreciate portrait at it’s a lens to the community. I build my own, as I meet individuals for the creation of art. While I make out of my own desire, I would have not one to connect with, were it not for the community. As I understand this, the art matures, and the visual acuity ripens like fruit. To this day, I seek others out for the chance to offer an invitation. Much to my surprise, I had one myself to behold more, to leave discord and greed behind.
Blame the customer. If your customer was happy with your service or product, they wouldn’t be so quick to embrace the new technology.1
Freedom is not a lack of control. I learned several lessons in discipline and remain a student. However, figures of authority play a delicate role as they preside; decentralization is a gift to all as the burden of sole leadership rests on everyone’s shoulders. Ripe for healthy debate, it is my opinion centralization stands in the way of change, as one forces their ideals. At least many wills can lend themselves to a decentralized effort.
A prudent use of capital is investment in long term growth initiatives that enrich guest experience, drive consumer engagement and improved productivity.2 The time spent in this space of technology and innovation made up an effort to these objectives. I’m also certain that again, the community prepares itself for more steps in this direction.
The way to judge innovation is not whether or not it grabs headlines, but by whether it generates value. The fact is, companies make most of their profits on routine innovation.3
Just as the movie industry must, money systems must, people and I, myself, must routinely innovate. Profit is inevitable. Change is routine, and I’m quite hopeful for the next one.
