My Actifit Report Card: January 6 2021
Hey people!
Well that ibuprofen and marijuana gel worked last night, my shoulder didn't give me any trouble today!
I even felt a little stronger today at work, which made the work easier and more enjoyable. I never thought it would happen, but I really enjoy my job, I catch myself smiling for no reason randomly throughout the day 😁
After work I was watching and catching up with all the drama of the day over in DC. In the heat of the moment it felt like this super crazy thing, but now that it's over with, not a whole lot was accomplished except for that girl who died 😔.
I guess we will see in the coming days and weeks if this really was something or just another protest that goes nowhere as per usual.
After that I did 20 pushups and then put on my headset for another session with the heavy bag speed ball and focus ball in the "gym". I even did a second round with the heavy bag again and this time I didn't hurt my shoulder. I think my problem yesterday was that I was too stiff and tonight I was moving around more fluidly and getting into it.
