New overwatch hero, Moira

Her healing is based on a limited resource so she has to be in the action in order to deal damage to regenerate that resource. Nobody seems to have any hard numbers on her healing capabilities or damage capabilities but I am willing to bet it hovers somewhere between Ana and Zenyatta.

Here ultimate seems to be a really nasty move but she also appears to lose all mobility so I am willing to bet that many people will be killed by using her move at an awkward time. Her ultimate seems like a ground based Barrage in some ways. And the potency of the heal seems to be closer to the numbers that Zenyatta's transcendence might achieve.

I am definitely looking forward to play her, though I am willing to bet she will suffer a similar fate as Ana did. Currently Mercy is all the rage and it will take a bit to pull people away from the sheer benefits of being able to raise dead teammates.
