With the turn over rate of newbies leaving I think it's so important to have them get some eyeballs on their work and earn some rewards early. Doesn't take much to understand that there is potential and it's worth sticking around to see what you can achieve.

Have some changes coming that I am hoping will mean even better opportunities for those creating entries and more important to those who are being featured. If time permits the announcements will happen this week, but likely next week.
