Playing sports is one of my best hubby, basically my favorite sports or Game is football I enjoy playing football and it is a game of 22 players in total where each team are required to have 11 players each , why I love football is that it helps in building your physical fitness and it makes you to learn what we call teamwork and teamwork is the key to every good team .

PHYSICAL HEALTH:
Playing sports has helped me In the aspect of being physically fit, basically it has improved my
STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE:
this means that doing sports regularly helps to maintain the body muscle where as in the aspect of endurance it helps you in building your overall fitness to enable you fit.
WEIGHT MANAGEMENT:
It helps in maintaining related sickness such as obesity and burn calories .
MENTAL HEALTH:-
It has helped me on my mental health.
Stress Reduction:
Engaging in physical activity helps in relaxing the brain and by so doing helping your mental health.
Improved Cognitive Function:
Engaging in physical activity can enhance cognitive abilities, such as memory, focus, and problem-solving skills.
How staying away from sports can affect a person's mental and physical health? |

PHYSICAL HEALTH:-
Increased Risk of Chronic Diseases:
Staying away from sports has the chances of making you go through some symptoms like heart diseases , Cancer and high blood pressure .
Lower Bone Density:
Insufficient physical activity can result in weaker bones and a higher likelihood of fractures.
MENTAL HEALTH:-
Lowered Self-Esteem:
Lack of physical activity can lead to low self worth.

It is a yes , every human being should engage in sports, the reason they should engage them self is because it has a lot of benefits it can give to us, and there is a saying that says work without play makes jack a dull boy from this illustration you can no the reason why sports is good to the body system.
