Bread with eggs by jamie oliver
Products:
2 big eggs
2 round bread rolls
1 hot pepper
salt, pepper
oil lump
6-7 pieces of bacon
Preparation:
Melt the oil in a well-heated pan. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with a pinch of salt, pepper and a little chopped hot pepper. Take the bread rolls, cut them in half and dip them into the eggs. During this time, lightly fry the bacon. Remove it as it is ready and fry the bread rolls on each side. When ready, transfer them to a plate. Put between each half of the bacon and the sauce of your choice.
