Internet Data, though very invaluable to development, Africa finds it very expensive to access and to utilize.

Africa, where I am glad to be.
A better continent, my dream and plea.
With plenty resources and many more yet to see.
Lacking in nothing but utilizing very few.
We needed a way to change our view.
And the internet surfaced.
With gladness, the T.V, computer and phone we embraced.

Yet, there is more to do to inherit its full merit.
For academic research, developmental planning, globalization and security.
Africa seems very inferior
Not caused by anyone interior,
I call this unpleasant situation-an error.

With social media trending
And the success of steemit pending,
Internet inaccessibility would be too boring.
And that's the story here in Africa.

Some 84% of world population may have internet access
But about 75% of Africans do not benefit from this progress

Some landlocked countries may be spending as much as $3,000 per month in Africa due to expensive and inaccessibility to internet cables near coastlines, poor infrastructure, slow download speed and many demerits.
These retard development, reduces efficiency and speed which hinders socio-economic development within the continent.

Even though transformative decisions are made in countries like Kenya (building a self powered modem), more advanced decisions like turning old toll booths into WIFI hotspots (New York) might be aidful.

With the benefit derived from WI-FI in 1985 by FCC, America.

We Africans can only ask for more support from advanced countries as we hope to build more technical expertise to be at par with the rest of the world.
