Able to Submit a Post with an Empty Tags Field

Expected Behavior

User is unable to Submit a New Post when the Tag field is empty. Unintentional Tags are never added to a Post.

Actual Behavior

User is able to Submit a New Post when the Tag field is empty by selecting the English Language and deleting the Tag it creates. This creates a post with a single tag: 'e'.

How to Reproduce

1. Launch eSteem 1.5.0 on Android 8.1.0
2. Click the 3 Horizontal Lines in the Upper Left
3. Select 'Home'
4. Select the Pencil icon in the Upper Right
5. Toggle on 'Advanced'
6. Click the 'Down Arrow' to the Right of Language
7. Select 'English'
8. Delete the 'en-us' Tag that was created
9. Fill in all other required fields and leave Tags empty
