Cannot See Horizontal Line for Voting % in Settings with Night Mode Active

Expected Behavior

Horizontal Line on the Slider Bar for Voting (%) in the Settings Menu is visible in Night Mode.

Actual Behavior

Horizontal Line on the Slider Bar for Voting (%) in the Settings Menu is not visible in Night Mode.

User Impact

You cannot tell it is a Slider Bar if you can't see the Horizontal Line.

How to Reproduce

1. Launch eSteem 1.5.0 on Android 8.1.0
2. Click the 3 Horizontal Lines in the Upper Left
3. Select 'Settings'
4. Toggle On 'Night Mode'
5. View the Voting (%) Slider Bar
