You need to make sure that at all times, you're in an environment that is vibrant, and conducive for work and growth. There are environments that people place themselves in, that isn't good for wealth creation. Hence, they suffer as a result.

This means that if your goal in life is to amass lots of wealth for yourself, your family and your generations to come - then you need to be in an ideal environment for work. Which is a place where your financial growth and development is encouraged.

Take for example, working in a home where every member of the family has been made to believe that rich people are wicked and unkind. And that it's not good to have lots of money - insisting that you should learn to be okay with making little income.

In such a case, working from such a home, discourages wealth creation. And if care isn't taken, you'd be influenced by such a negative belief. And that's why you need to be very careful of the place where you work, and the people around you in that work place.

And even in a case, where you do not work from home. Perhaps you work in a company or in an office - the same thing applies. You need to observe the policies of that company and people working there, to ensure that their goals are aligned with wealth creation.
