Aligning Your I Am Power

When you review your life and all of your experiences, what type of thoughts come up for you? Do you immediately laugh or do you get scared, ashamed or embarrassed? Do you feel proud and joy-filled?

From time to time, it’s a wonderful idea to take a break for a mental diet to shift your thoughts and bring them all back to love based patterns. The easiest way to begin attracting the things we want in our lives is to become aware of where we are placing our focus. Are you worrying all the time about things in your future? Are you stuck and beating yourself up or angry about something from the past? Take some time out in your schedule to practice self-care and give yourself a mental wealth check-up. Write down all of your negative self-talk and thought patterns and examine where they are in your body as well.

The very most common fear-based thought that most people have rooted in their subconsciousness is Unworthiness. Most of the time, this is caused by being forced to feel guilty for making mistakes when we were children, especially before the age of 7 by a guardian or authority figure. Then when we became adults, we punished ourselves in the same manner our guardian had taught us and we pushed away from the good things in things in life, by resisting change, growth, development, and expansion. We don't feel like we deserve it our blessings so we push them away, remembering the consequences for misbehaving as a child creating the situation in our lives all over again, but in the form of an adult problem or issue. Every sickness & disease, every condition of lack is caused by a fear-based thought. Once we can identify the root cause of your condition, we'll be able to shift the thought patterns surrounding the condition and obliterate the condition altogether or at least transmute it into something more beneficial and useful. It's always been hard for me explain and express my feelings, so I got a Life Coach and joined her Sister Enlightenment Group to help me uncover the deep-seated negative beliefs I've held onto and it hasn't been easy.


Be honest with yourself. Whether your problem is big or small, financial or physical if you want it resolved or solved even, you won't get there without being aligned in your truth about the situation, so decide that you will be completely honest with yourself no matter what comes up for you when you begin your Mental Wealth Checkup.


You can use this to identify any hinderances or nuisances in your life. For instance, let's say you want to increase in the area of money, so you would just take a look at your financial world and ask your subconscious mind to bring to your conscious mind what's hindering you from increasing in the area of wealth. Sit in quiet meditation and listen. Write down all the thoughts that come up for you surrounding your question. If your thoughts are fear based on a shift is needed asap, because little problems always turn into bigger problems. The sooner you uproot those negative based thought patterns, the sooner you will feel and see the improvements you desire in your life. You will probably be surprised by what you come to find out, but don’t be alarmed. Just decipher where the energy is in your body, place that energy behind you and let go of the situation or condition to Heaven for transmutation.
