How to increase digestion after eating excess

At any festival, there is more to eat than at any other time. Especially on the day of Eid, when one goes home, the request for food becomes difficult to avoid. However, the discomfort of eating extra food will be yours. Some may suffer from stomach upset, diarrhea or abdominal pain, diarrhea with some chest irritation. For this reason, everyone should be careful that the food does not become excessive on the day of the festival.

There are some things you can do if you are uncomfortable with overeating. As-

1. Herbal tea of any kind helps improve digestion. Especially chamomile tea, green tea is great for digestion.

2. You can eat mint leaf tea to ease the discomfort after eating. The menthol contained in it helps to relieve gas, indigestion, nausea.

3. To relieve the discomfort of the stomach, you can eat one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water. The probiotics contained in it help to increase body strength.

4. Excessive intake of anti-inflammatory ingredients in yellow eliminates the tendency for stomach upset. Mixing a pinch of yellow and lemon in warm hot water to relieve stomach discomfort.

5. Excessive eating after a while will help to ease stomach discomfort.
